Additional information about rental rates
- We require a £125 deposit for breaks of a week or over and a £100 deposit for short breaks
Deposit is non refundable
The Balance is due six weeks before your departure
a refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance.
Short breaks are welcome but are not available in peak times Christmas, Easter, mid July and August
Short breaks at Christmas and Easter time are charged at the weekly rate
Prices are for up to 4 persons 5th and 6th guest an extra 15 each per week
we can accept payment by paypal there is a charge for overseas payments and for payment from the British isles when using paypal (these are paypal charges) - Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer and also pay pal. pay pal do apply charges
5th and 6th person a extra £15 per week for short breaks or week
We can arrange welcome packs for you - We are sorry no short breaks at Easter school half terms or Christmas weeks.
